MYAC Youth Leadership Conference
The Mayorâ€™s Youth Advisory Committee is pleased to offer their first Youth Leadership Conference at Brock University on Tuesday, May 19th. Participants have 19 amazing sessions to choose from. Road Closures for Wings For Life World Run on May 3, 2015
Please be advised of the following City road closures on May 3, 2015 for the Wings For Life World Run:
- Murray Street eastbound (downbound lane) will be closed between Skylon Tower Entrance and Niagara Parkway between 6am â€“ 9am
- Macklem Street between Niagara Parkway and Portage Road will be closed between 6am -9am
- Weightman Bridge northbound curb lane will be closed between 6am â€“ 9am.

Carbon Monoxide Alarm Required In All Homes By April 15, 2015
Recent changes to Provincial legislation affect carbon monoxide (CO) regulation for homeowners, making CO detectors mandatory in most homes. If you have a fuel burning appliance, a fireplace, or an attached garage, you will be required to have a CO alarm installed adjacent to each sleeping area by April 15, 2015. The Community Clean Sweep Day event brings volunteers together who collectively help to clean our City of debris. Should you need to park a vehicle on the street overnight for one or two nights due to driveway repairs, visitors or other events, you can now do so online! Transit Services Has Moved to its New Location!
Effective March 30th, Niagara Falls Transit and WEGO are now operating from its new location at 8208 Heartland Forest Road.
Passengers can purchase and reload their iRide cards at City Hall and the MacBain Community Centre.
