Information and forms for the Residents Convenience Parking Pass are now available on-line. This program is being offered as a trial period until December 31, 2010. View the Convenience Parking Pass page for details.
Residents may call for a parking consideration if they are having overnight guests, driveway repairs, family events or for other special purposes.
To request this please contact us using the Contact City Hall page or call Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at (905) 356-7521 ext. 5208 or ext. 4225.
Please try to provide 24 hours notice. If not, our after hours number is (905) 356-1355. Messages may be forwarded to parking control. Be advised that if insufficient time is provided to the City, tickets may still be issued as officers may not be aware of any requests.
We will require the license plate of the vehicle, make, colour and the approximate length of time it will be placed on the road (maximum 5 days). Not to be repeated continuously.
Residents are advised that any of these requests will not be honoured during snow plough or sanding/salting operations. Residents are also advised that all other parking restrictions will be enforced (do not block driveways, park wrong way, on a boulevard, too close or blocking a sidewalk or driveway, etc. or if there are additional signed restrictions in your area).
Occasionally, Transportation Services conducts surveys and questionnaires. Please visit the Surveys and Questionnaire's page to view the current items.
Niagara International Transportation Technology Coalition (NITTEC) maintains an up-to-date listing of Road Conditions, Construction Activities,
