Calling or Faxing City Hall
When dialing the main City Hall phone number 905-356-7521 you will be answered by our automated system. If you are calling from outside of the Niagara Area, you can use the Toll-Free number for City Hall: 1-877-999-7521.
Say the name of the person/division and the auto attendant will dial the extension. If you need assistance, press '0' or say 'operator' and your call will be directed to the operator.
If you know the extension number of the person you want to reach, press the four digit extension number as soon as you hear the beginning of the automated message. View the Phone and Fax Directory for common extensions and fax numbers.
Hours of Operation
City Hall is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., holidays excluded. View the Holidays page for a listing of the days that City Hall is closed. Even when City Hall is closed, you can contact the Municipal Service Centre for municipal emergencies.
- Niagara Falls History Museum is open Tuesday through Sunday 10am to 5pm, Thursdays until 9pm. Closed Mondays.
- Willoughby Historical Museum is open Wednesday - Sunday 12pm - 5pm (Victoria Day - Thanksgiving)
- Battle Ground Hotel Museum is open Friday - Sunday 1pm - 4pm (Victoria Day - August 30)
