You can use the Contact Form if you would like to contact City Hall electronically. Before you do though, you'll need to create or login to your profile. If you are contacting us for a Municipal Works (Public Works) related item, please email mwrequests@niagarafalls.ca.
Calling City Hall
When you dial the main City Hall phone number 905-356-7521 you will be answered by our automated system. You can say the name of the person or division and the auto attendant will dial the extension. If you need assistance, you can press '0' or say 'operator' and your call will be directed to the operator. If you are calling from outside of the Niagara Area, you can use the Toll-Free number for City Hall: 1-877-999-7521.
However, if you know the extension number of the person you want to reach, you can press the four digit extension number as soon as you hear the beginning of the automated message. View the Phone Directory for common extensions.
Hours of Operation
City Hall is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., holidays excluded. View the Holidays page for a listing of the days that City Hall is closed.
Museums
Niagara Falls History Museum is open 7 days a week, 10am - 5pm - (Closing Thanksgiving 2011 to prepare for the new museum - Opening July 2012)
Willoughby Historical Museum is open Wednesday - Sunday 12pm - 5pm (Victoria Day - Thanksgiving)
Battle Ground Hotel Museum is open Friday - Sunday 1pm - 4pm (Victoria Day - August 30)
