To begin the Contact Process, you need to Login if you have an existing profile OR select "Create a new Profile" if this is your first time using the Contact Form.
The information is entered into our Service Request System that has
been developed to increase customer service and ensure each request is handled to the best of our ability.
If you already have a username and password, please enter it below. You can create a new profile that will ask for your
contact information by clicking on the 'Create a new Profile' link below. Once you have a profile, it will also work for future requests through the system. If you have created a profile in the past but don't remember the password, click
the 'Retrieve password' link to have your password e-mailed to you.

Calling City Hall
When you dial the main City Hall phone number 905-356-7521 you will be answered by our automated system. You can say the name of the person or division and the auto attendant will dial the extension. If you need assistance, you can press '0' or say 'operator' and your call will be directed to the operator.
However, if you know the extension number of the person you want to reach, you can press the four digit extension number as soon as you hear the beginning of the automated message. View the Phone Directory for common extensions.

City Hall Hours
City Hall is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., holidays excluded. View the Holidays page for a listing of the days that City Hall is closed.
