NOTES IN FILE SUGGEST THE FIRST HOUSE ON THIS SITE WAS BURNED DOWN DURING THE WAR OF 1812. THIS HOUSE WAS USED AS A BARRACKS IN 1837. WAS FORMERLY THE DR. McGARRY HOUSE, IN 1968 THE DR. R.F. EAGER OFFICE AND APARTMENTS.
