Starting Friday, May 17, 2013 GO Transit will once again commence seasonal weekend and holiday train service to Niagara Falls. For 2013, the trains will be operating May 17th to May 20th and June 29th to September 2nd.

Holiday service will operate on Canada Day (Monday, July 1); Civic holiday (Monday, August 5); and Labour Day (Monday, September 2).

Arrivals/Departures/Schedule/Route

The Niagara Falls VIA Rail station is located at 4267 Bridge Street, about 4 km from the Falls and two blocks from Downtown.

Taxis

Taxi stands are located directly in front of the GO/VIA Rail Station Parking Lot.

Walking

It takes approximately 30 minutes to walk from the Niagara Falls VIA Rail station to the Falls.

Bicycles

GO Transit is bike-friendly and customers can bring their bike on the Niagara Falls service. Please see the GO bicycle page at www.gotransit.com. Bicycle route maps for the local area are available at the Niagara Falls VIA Station.

Going to the GTA

Parking is available but limited at the VIA Rail station. There is free parking available in nearby municipal lots on Friday nights and all day Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
