The My City Guide is published twice a year, in the spring and in the fall. This publication provides you with everything you need to know about services, programs and organizations in Niagara Falls in one place! We invite you to have a good look at the guide, as it is a valuable resource for you to refer back to.

Also, don’t forget about our new customer service hub at the MacBain Community Centre for friendly, efficient service and assistance with municipal inquiries! A hard copy of the guide is mailed to each household in Niagara Falls, or can be picked up at the nearest City facility.

Please provide your local non-profit organization information to be published in the guide. Just fill out the My City Guide Application Form and your information will be submitted.
