The My City Guide is published twice a year, in the spring and in the fall. This publication provides you with everything you need to know about services, programs and organizations in Niagara Falls in one place! We invite you to have a good look at the guide, as it is a valuable resource for you to refer back to.
Whether you are looking to start a business, learn more about a by-law or get a building permit , your My City Guide has what you’re looking for!
Also, don’t forget about our new customer service hub at the MacBain Centre for friendly, efficient service and assistance with municipal inquiries! A hard copy of the guide is mailed to each resident in Niagara Falls, or can be picked up at the MacBain Centre. You can view the current My City Guide online.
Provide your information
Please provide your non-profit organization information on your programs that you'd like to publish in the guide. Just fill out the MyCity Guide Application Form and your information will be submitted.
We are currently accepting submissions for the 2015 & 16 Fall/Winter edition that will run from September 2015 to March 2016. Deadline for submissions is June 17, 2015.
